? EE
? EE. Toxic against men. All men should leave this small minded network and make them beg for you back.

Recent order went astray with DPD but EE resolved
Recent order went astray with DPD, spoke to a lovely lady with a geordie accent who was AMAZING !! She managed to transfer me to another team to reorder the item despite previous advisors saying I had to wait.
Super happy and now in my 10th year with EE

Great people but no corporate imagination.
The agents really seemed to want to help us with a budget calls only deal for an elderly parent in care. Unfortunately, their hands were tied because the company do not have the imagination to consider that many elderly people would not know what to do with 15gb of data and unlimited texts!!!!!
Do not underestimate the value of the grey pound !

Great service from EE over social media. A special thanks to Mickey P who talked me through everything.
fraud, lack of competence
Hi, I placed the order through the ee website. It turned out that they have technical problems, I called the operator again, I ordered, I received the number. order, after three days I received information that everything was deleted. these are the last days in this strange web.

Very hard to pay my final bill for my broadband..
I want to pay my final bill for my broadband. Guess what. I gave the bill to my wife and she went to a EE store. The person said I have to go personally if I want to pay the bill or call 150. Just to let you know that on my broadband account the option to MAKE a PAYMENT disappears. I'm not going to stay 30 minutes,1 hour to get you on the phone, be sure of that. I will send them via my bank account. I hate being your customer for so many years, I'm waiting to finish my last 2 contracts this September to choose a different provider. By the way, this is in addition to the issues with your signal. In the middle of Cambridge, (last time Leisure parking) I don't have a signal sometimes, I have only one line at home in Cambourne, the signal in Morrison Cambourne is dead. I'm not sure what means the most extensive network 18 years in a row. Please "translate". For your reference. I've been with you for 8 years. Thank you.

False advertising on their website to lure customers in.
After several attempts (spanning a week here n there) to try and purchase a S22+ 256gb on a trade in deal on their website it kept crashing and looping back to their home page. Spoke to Charlotte on the FB messenger team of EE and was advised to clear cache/ cookies, done that still would not allow me to place an order. So I tried again and found a cracking deal but of course I could not complete the order, eventually rang them and they would not honor the offer even though I sent them a screen shot of the deal, shocking really.
The offer they had (an I have numerous screen grabs) was for a S22+ 256gb in Green, Unltd Data calls texts etc, Trade in my S20 Plus to get £14 a month off, £30 upfront then £27.50 a month after the trade in discount. Even though this was a mistake they will not honor it. I cannot get any offer or deal to go through their website as it keeps looping back to home page. Spoke to Sales team, spoke to the E chat team, Rishan, spoke to Olivia in the office and Malcolm, none of which can honor the offer. I was even advised to go to CAB. So I have reported to the ASA, OFGEM and will plaster the images all over social media.
Stop the fobbing off
Right this is my 3rd review and still no resolve. On my last review someone named Matty said please give us one more try. They gave me an 0800 number as I refused to ring 150, and refused to tweet and refused to leave a comment on Facebook. I rang the 0800 number could not help me. I have not had any phones for a week. Every time I ring no one can help. Please read my reviews everybody and make a judgement as to whether these holding responses are real. Drop us a message on FB, call 150. Just look into it and please help. My company is Information Consultants LTD

EE is no laughing matter
You've got to be joking! Avoid this bunch of uncaring, clueless and inept bunch like the plague.
They, or the handsomely rewarded Kevin Bacon and Egg, claim they're the best around. They're not.
How do I know that? I'm unable to speak to my son, 7 miles away on the other side of town, without interruption... the signal, if you can call it that, packing up. It's absolutely pathetic, a hopeless situation. Most of the time it seems like he's calling from down under... not Australia but a swimming pool or gone snorkeling.
Just as bad is that when you get in touch with EE to point these issues out they don't want to know. They've been promising to fix an apparently troublesome mast near my sons house for ages. If this has happened, nothing has improved, just made it a lot worse.
Surprise, surprise we're still paying the full fees to EE despite their extraordinarily shocking service. Just can't wait for my contract to expire now.....

Seem to have sorted any customer wait times. Customer service team are able to sort queries without items having to be escalated. I've been with EE for over 7 years, mainly due to the good customer services.

Stay away from EE.
Do not join this network, from over a year it has signal issues, low internet speed and by low I mean under 3mb dw,they are going to send you out to make screenshot record the post code and the time, because they dosent have people to send it out there with a couple of different devices to check it out, also on my area they are "fixing" the atena every couple of weeks and is still not working today.
The best of the bunch when compared with BT and TalkTalk.
My experience of EE goes back several years and when compared to other providers we have used such a TalkTalk and BT, EE have given the best customer service and subject to Openreach's low standards of service and quality of repair work over which EE has no or little control, EE have always worked hard at getting issues sorted out as quickly as possible. I might add that their communications are good and they ring you back with updates without my having to chase them up.

HUGE THANKS TO GAVIN & CHRISTIANA!
I would like to give a huge HUGE thank you to Gavin & Christiana Teixeira… for their patience and respect shown to me throughout my phone call to them. So I have recently changed my mobile deal and somehow my very previous voice messages from my late darling mother were all gone {my mum passed away in December and I can’t tell you how much I miss her voice and laugh}… you can imagine how devastated I was when and thought they were gone for good.. but thanks to the patience shown from Gavin & Christiana, all of my precious voice messages were fully restored!! Tears of happiness I can’t I can’t even describe!!
Muito obrigada!!
